Terms of Service

By using Fixflow, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fixflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Fixflow is a financial intelligence platform that connects to Tally software to provide live dashboards, AI-powered insights, automated reports, and financial analytics. The Service is provided as a SaaS platform accessible via web browser and a companion desktop connector application.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Fixflow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fixflow.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the platform; using the Service to store or transmit malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; using the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Data & Tally Connector

The Fixflow desktop connector is a read-only tool. It accesses your Tally data solely to provide the features of the Service. You represent that you have the right to share this data with Fixflow. You retain full ownership of your financial data. Fixflow does not claim any ownership over your business data.

6. Subscription & Billing

Fixflow offers a free Starter plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Enterprise pricing is negotiated separately.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fixflow platform, including its design, algorithms, AI models, and code, is the intellectual property of Fixflow Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. You retain full ownership of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fixflow provides financial data and insights for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data shown in Fixflow. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Fixflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
